Holy Crap. I found the secret to happiness !!

I’ve just done an absolute shit-ton of laundry, dishes and kitchen cleaning. In a great mood the whole time. The secret is the Violent Femmes. Their self-titled album especially. It’s been so many years since I last listened to it properly, I can’t even work it out. 10? 12 years?
As an added bonus, it has taken the title from “Nevermind” as the album I can go an indeterminate length of time without hearing, and still be able to sing every lyric from every track straight out of the box. If you’re in your mid-to late 30′s..and you think you remember how good this album was, you’re wrong. It’s a fucking masterpiece; and I insist you put it on right now and get back to me.
